Cereal is such a delicious meal, don't you think? There are ways to plump up your cereal to make it more nutritious and filling, for instance if you were eating cereal for dinner! Growing up I loved Grape Nuts, but I went to Whole Foods yesterday and couldn't find them, but I did find the Kashi version, so that was exciting to find a new option for the crunchy pebble cereal I love so much.
1/2 cup Kashi Cereal
1/4 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries (they're cute & little)
Add a little ground flaxseed & raw granola such as Hail Merry :)
